Welcome to Gilbert Hospital.  Gilbert Hospital opened in February, 2006 and was the first full-service, acute care general hospital in the Town of Gilbert. Located on Power Road just a half mile south of Ray Road (only ¾ of a mile south of the San Tan 202 Freeway), Gilbert Hospital is conveniently located and easily accessible from all areas of the Valley. 

Gilbert Hospital is licensed as a full-service, acute care general hospital. The hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Although offering a complete array of traditional hospital services, Gilbert Hospital is pioneering in its focus on emergency medicine and the rapid, accurate and compassionate care the entire Gilbert Hospital staff provides. Gilbert Hospital is the only hospital in the Valley that guarantees "Door to Doc in 31 Minutes".  In 2008, our emergency department treated more than 49,000 patients.  98.4% were seen by a Board certified physician in less than 31 minutes and the average wait time was less than 11 minutes which goes to show, at Gilbert Hospital, we treat your emergency like it's our emergency.
